Full Version of Word Invaders
Word Invaders is free to play — and always will be.
But if you want the complete game (all modes, all difficulties, and the most intense versions of the invasion), you’ll want the Full Version in the app.
What you get in the Full Version
Unlock the complete Word Invaders experience:
- all game modes
- all difficulty speeds
- multiple invasion “bags” (letter sets)
- more ways to chase your personal best, compare scores, and master the daily seed
- an ad-lighter experience (and an option to play without ads in the apps)
The Modes (what makes each one different)
Endurance (Free)
The classic Word Invaders experience.
Survive as long as you can, build long words under pressure, and keep the Earth alive one word at a time.
Attack (Full Version)
A more aggressive version of the standard game — faster, sharper, and designed for high scores.
This is the mode for players who want the “arcade rush” feeling: constant pressure and no room for sloppy play.
Blitz (Full Version)
Short. Fast. Brutal.
Blitz is built around speed: you’re constantly being tested, and the scoring rewards confident play and quick decision-making.
If you like “one more run” games, Blitz will become your addiction.
Sortie (Full Version)
A different kind of challenge.
Sortie is about efficiency: make the most of a limited invasion. You’re not just surviving — you’re trying to get the maximum possible score from the tiles you’re given.
It’s the mode that feels the most like a puzzle.
Difficulty speeds (Slow / Regular / Expert)
There are also optional invasion speeds for some modes:
- Slow — more time to think and plan
- Regular — the default Word Invaders pace
- Expert — maximum pressure, minimum mercy
Same daily invasion. Same shared letters. Just a different level of intensity.
Fair play: the daily shared seed stays the same
Even in the Full Version, Word Invaders keeps its core idea:
Every day has a shared invasion: everyone plays from the same set of letters.
So it’s never “pay to win.”
It’s “pay to unlock more ways to play.”

Why isn’t the Full Version available on the web?
Right now, Word Invaders web is focused on being fast, simple, and easy to share.
The Full Version will launch first in the mobile apps, where purchases can be securely handled by Apple/Google.
Will the free version stay free?
Yes. Endurance mode will remain free to play.
Will I have to subscribe?
No. The Full Version will be a one-time purchase.
